Spiced garbanzo beans, pickled red onion, cilantro, housemade chaat masala, sharp white cheddar and Muenster cheese, cilantro-mint chutney, Kashmiri chili aioli, toasted panini sourdough bread. 

Served with Indian-spiced slaw and chaat masala potato chips.
