This review really represents the comments of three separate people. I have purchased the spices for my sister and a friend, as well as used them myself. All of us are pretty good cooks but were never able to master Indian food. The reviews from my friends were glowing - "much better than what I can get at an Indian restaurant, not too spicy but super flavorful!" All three of us would give the spice kits 10 stars if we could!

Best make at home Indian food ever

I really appreciate the quality of instructions with the recipes. I find they all follow the same basic principles so I can make 2 different dishes simultaneously. 1 channa masala and 2x tikka masala has replaced $100 Indian takeout for my family of 5 and the family likes it better.

I've had Indian cookbooks and tried and failed to make good dishes from them. Now I have succeeded!

These kits are AMAZING! They take all the guess-work out of buying and figuring out how to use the largely unfamiliar spices. The recipes require only a few ingredients and are easy to follow. Purchasing online was convenient and delivery was quick. HIGHLY recommend!
