I really appreciate the quality of instructions with the recipes. I find they all follow the same basic principles so I can make 2 different dishes simultaneously. 1 channa masala and 2x tikka masala has replaced $100 Indian takeout for my family of 5 and the family likes it better.
I've had Indian cookbooks and tried and failed to make good dishes from them. Now I have succeeded!

All of the Inspired Indian spice mixes are fantastic! The spices are super fresh, the instructions are simple, the meals take minimal time to prepare, and they always turn out beautifully. I would highly recommend these tasty mixes.
The final meal was terrific and the instructions clear but this does require procuring of many ingredients I don’t have in my kitchen (ginger, for example) and a fair amount of preparation. But it was delicious and I will order again.
These spice kits are absolutely wonderful. The recipes that go with them are easy to follow. 5 stars!
