Inspired Indian Cooking Spice Kits require just a few fresh ingredients, serve 4 to 5, and yield a restaurant-quality Indian dish!
ABOUT THE DISH Tikka Masala a dish traditionally of yogurt-marinated chicken, is the subject of historical debate. One popular story suggests it was invented in the UK by Bangladeshi chefs to use leftover chicken, becoming a popular dish in that region. Another theory suggests Tikka Masala is actually an Indian dish blending Indian and British culinary influences. Regardless of its origins, it’s one of the most popular dishes in Indian restaurants around the globe.

It was a little work preparing the meal but well worth it. Delicious spices

Very pleasantly surprised.
My first two purchases were for tikka masala, and Baingan Barta. Both the chicken, tikka masala and the eggplant dish were very successful and delicious. My dinner guests were surprised that I could prepare Indian food so easily without having to gather up all of the spice and herb ingredients. My second endeavor was for vegetarian guests, so, instead of chicken, I used fried tofu cubes and roasted cauliflower in the tikka masala. The results were equally good and enjoyed thoroughly by everyone. I look forward to trying some different spice packages in the future.

Amazing
I love to cook by ordinarily, it is conventional American cooking. Last night I use the butter masala, spices with chicken and rice. My foodie stepson loved it, so did I and the house smells wonderful. Next comes the tikka masala.

Game changer
I've never tried to cook traditional Indian dishes primarily because the variety of spices needed for any given recipe would very costly to assemble. The complex spice blends and ease of preparation makes for quick and delicious Indian food. I am working through my first five kits and each has been a winner.
